MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING - HOME BASED - FAMILIES
Provides intensive assessment and home based counseling for families and family members individually 5 - 10 hours per month. In addition to individual and group/family counseling, the team of counselors provides mentoring, role modeling, and case management. The counselors are cross-culturally trained and have extensive training in working with the court, foster care system, and other government agencies.
